Returnable items

Given that they remain unopened and unsoiled, nearly every item at the AIA Store may be returned within 30 days of the date that you received your order. Please refer to your order receipt for specific return instructions. Items can be sent with the original packing slip to:

Non-returnable items

Sorry, we are unable to accept returns for sale merchandise, PDFs and opened shrink-wrapped items. If your return is shipped or brought to the store after 30 days, we regret we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

NOTE: All shipping charges are non-refundable.
