With this purchase, you will have access to two calculator tools in the Readex dashboard (https://readexweb.com/rsss/aia/home.aspx) where you participated in the 2023 survey under the “Reporting” tab. Access will be granted within 24 hours of your purchase, or no later than COB Monday if purchased Friday-Sunday.  

The first tool is the “benchmark report,” which will allow you to compare your firm’s responses to the benefits and pay practices survey questions to overall responses filtered by your customized selections across establishment size and region. 

The second tool is the “compensation calculator,” a dynamic report will allow you to compare your firm’s compensation responses to overall survey responses, filtered by your customized selections across establishment size and region.
